An overview of the NDB resources available on the Web are summarized on the NDB home page in Figure 11. These resources include: several query interfaces; an atlas of nucleic acid structures; an archive containg coordinate data, standard tabular and graphical reports describing contents of the database; dictionaries of standard geometries and parameter files; information and software related to macromolecular CIF and DDL projects; documentation and newsletters.
