The NDB Status Search can be used to obtain a report about the processing status of structures in the Nucleic Acid Database.

The database can be searched by the NDB Structure ID, author name, title of article, status code, or any combination of the above.

Once the desired constraints are entered, click on Execute Selection to view the resulting report.

A Status Report search for structures with author CARDIN generates the following report:

Status Code	Description
REL	Coordinates available in the NDB archive.
BIB	Only bibliographic data available in the NDB archive.
HOLD	This entry has been placed on hold by the author.
HPUB	This entry has been placed on hold by the author until publication.
WAIT	Waiting for data/approval from the author.
