The NDB Galleries are a web-based tool for navigating the Nucleic Acid Database Atlas. NDB structures containing both protein and oligonucleotide components are clustered using a number of protein classification schemes, then these clusters are used to generate a set of web pages known collectively as a gallery. Each gallery contains a sequence of thumbnail pictures for each structure in the cluster the gallery represents.

Galleries are currently available for the CATH, SCOP, and Gene Ontology protein classification schemes; galleries for each sorting criteria are segregated for subsets of structures that contain protein-RNA complexes and subsets of structures that contain protein-DNA complexes.
